Payment with credit card error. An error occurred. No ID or an invalid ID

Hi there,

I get the following error when i make a payment with credit card. I uploaded a new payment gateway with my bank data (merchant id, secret key, etc)

The URL of result after the transaction is as follow (I have deleted merchant code xxx to make it no legible)

The literal error is:
An error occurred. No ID or an invalid ID was supplied.

The payment made and error to return to the web vinoquedadas.com

Could you indicate what are we doing wrong?
Do you need access to the web to see it working?

Its our bank payment gateway. Banc Sabadell. Redsys. Spanish.

You need more info?

Hi there, we are not familiar with that payment gateway as we did not write the coding for that payment option.

Is this a payment gateway that you purchased or was it developed by a member of your team?

If it was created by a web developer, then I recommend checking with them for troubleshooting assistance.

It is a payment gateway made for our bank data. In my country we have to pay for a bank TPV, and then integrate it with your system.

Everything is working well except when the purchase has ended, there is no way to make Event Espresso understand that the payment has been made.

Our bank says is up to you because is a message that the plugin is sending, and you say that its not your problem…

Could you check a little?? It would be great if you can. Its been a month with the system running but we cant use it because its no communication between the bank tpv and Event espresso.

On this comment above, if it hasn’t worked since it was created, then it sounds like the payment gateway was not completed and additional coding would be needed.

We have a document here on writing a payment gateway for Event Espresso 3:

We try to be flexible with custom coding but this isn’t something that we can troubleshoot through our support forums.
