Hi,

I have set up Quickpay. But at the final page where I enter all the neccesary card details, it fails to do the payment. It says something wrong.
What can I do to fix this issue?
Best regards

Minik

Hi there,

We (EventEspresso.com) do not have an integration with QuickPay.

May I ask which QuickPay payment method you are using?

Hi,

I bought it because it sayed that it was integrated with quickpay?
I am using the QuickPay, which also is a possibility in the payment method inside payment methods.

Where did you see Quickpay listed?

Within Event Espresso? Can you add a screenshot?

I can’t view those, you’ll need to host the image and post a link here.

I’ve set your replies to private as your key is visible within them.

That’s not a payment method from ourselves, it has been created by a 3rd party.

I assume it’s this one? https://wordpress.org/plugins/ee4-quickpay/

We don’t provide support for add-ons we did not create and I’ve never even tested the above so I don’t know how it works.

What error shows up when you try to pay? Can you include a screenshot of that?

Okay, I assume I can get a refund?

Sure, we have a 30 day money back guarantee:

https://eventespresso.com/pricing/#:~:text=30%20Day%20Money%2Dback%20Guarantee

But to be clear here, you’re asking for a refund because a 3rd party payment method we didn’t create has an issue which is outside of our control.

If you wish to use Event Espresso 4 with QuickPay I recommend you contact the author of that payment method and ask them to investigate the issue, they know their code and how they integrate with Quickpay better than anyone else.

Hi Toni & Joao,

Thank you for your support.
I want to make one more try of this. I have deleted everything and startet from bottom.

I think maybe the old database from the previous website made the difficulties. I am installing everything again. I think it will succeed.

But can i still download the quickpay payment? I can not see it anymore.

Best regards
Minik

Dear team,

I manages to find the 3-rd part quickpay trough my backups. I managed to make a payment with success 🙂 Now I can proceed with my projekt.

I deleted all my database, it succeeded the payment.

Hi there,

I’m glad you found a solution for this.

Again just to clarify this:

But can i still download the quickpay payment? I can not see it anymore.

We (EventEspresso.com) do not have QuickPay payment method, there has never been a download available from ourselves for that payment method so I assume you are using this one:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/ee4-quickpay/

If you go to Dashboard -> Plugins

Search for ‘Event Espresso – QuickPay’ and if you find this:

https://monosnap.com/file/EOs48Yw6iJVds0P3MScpsw1RVFMCUM

Notice how the author shows as ‘PerfectSolution’ (vs the Quickbook example which is one of ours and shows as Event Espresso for the author), that’s not a payment method developed by ourselves but rather a 3rd party so you download that from wherever they host the plugin (in my example WordPress.org) and not directly from ourselves.
