Yes Twint is supported in our new Stripe Checkout integration. https://support.eventespresso.com/article/608-stripe-checkout-integration
If you do not see Stripe Checkout as an option, you may need to update your Stripe plugin.
You can enable Twint on your Stripe account using your Stripe dashboard Payment methods settings: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods
