Hi my payment status always appears as “pending payment” as well as “pending amount” (it must be “$0”)

It looks like a custom payment gateway is in use. Was this something that you developed using our documentation?

Yes our developers use the documentation. What we recently do is add and extra word in “Incomplete” . We write “Incompleto / Incomplete” but for an unknown reason we can find the other options.

Hi Jose,
It sounds there is a problem with the payment method you are using.
If you look within the transaction do you see a payment? What status does the payment have?
Can you take a screenshot of one of the transactions your having a problem with and add it here so we can see please?

The green star and the check appears but the text shows “Incomplete” (In the status column and the “transaction status” part)
The error ocurrs even with the bank transfer method.

Oh, its not a payment issue, it’s a translation issue.
Are you using PO/MO files to alter the text on the site? Have you translated the string ‘Complete’ within those?

No, we modify the CSS property content=””. We’re not using PO/MO files

Yeah that’s why your running into this problem then. Your altering the content using CSS but the element itself doesn’t change when the registration is Approved, nor does the payment, so your CSS is always changing the content to that string.
You need to remove the CSS that is doing that and translate EE correctly for this to work, take a look here:
