Payment reminder

is there any way to automatical send an payment reminder email after 14 days? of course only if the payment status hasn’t changed to confirmed.

Hello Anna,

No we don’t have an automated emailing system like that. It is an interesting idea though and I will add it to the feature requests, though obviously I cannot guarantee if or when it would be included.
