Hi there, —————- We’re Sorry It appears that the event you were about to make a payment for has sold additional tickets since you first registered, and there are no longer enough spaces left to accommodate your selections. You may continue to pay and secure the available space(s) remaining, or simply cancel if you no longer wish to purchase. If you have already made a partial payment towards this event, please contact the event administrator for a refund. |

Hi Josh, |
Hi Kerstin, May I ask what is the ticket QTY limit set for the test event’s ticket and what’s set for the Datetime registration limit? |
|
|
Hi Josh, |
The limit of 1 is the reason you’re seeing the sold out message for the test event. Do you see in the first screenshot that it has a 1 for RSrvd? That means there’s 1 reserved ticket so until that reservation expires, the event is considered sold out. Do the other events where people are seeing the sold out message have something other than 0 for the Rsrvd count? If so, you can go to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset and you click on the Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts button. |

Hi Josh, that is very helpful. Thank you. I tried the process all over: http://prntscr.com/f4jni7 |
Hi Kerstin, Waitlists aren’t implemented yet. What you’re seeing in your tests is the event is technically sold out (because its limit is 1, and the reserved count is also 1). In order to get that reserved count back to 0 with that current registration in session, you’ll have to finalize the registration. Which can be done by selecting an offline payment method (like pay by check) then click on finalize. To help with the real events, you’ll need to make sure that the total reserved count + sold count is less than the datetime limit, before you send out a payment reminder. |

Hi Jov, |
When I mentioned selecting an offline payment, I was referring to you testing that one test event that has a limit of 1. Please be sure to check that the total reserved count + sold count is less than the datetime limit, before you send out a payment reminder. If the reserved count is more than zero for a live event, you can reset that count using the button I mentioned earlier. |
