Hi There, I have an event setup which i have given a temp test price of 5 THB. When i look at my events i have two options, add to cart and register. If i click add to cart then choose my option and then go through registration etc it will prompt me to pay with paypal and all works great. What i am confused at is if i just click register and fill in details, i do not get the option to choose my selection and then it redirects me to a payment “thank you” page which says that i have paid and the payment date is some random date in feb 2011. What is the point of the register page? Why can i not have the price selection on the register page so that no-matter which method i use i will be re-directed to paypal for payment? Im just alittle confused as to what setting / how this should work. Thanks Chris |

Hello, Most people using Multi Event Registration (MER) tend to hide the register links via css/code edits. The register page should still be working as normal, but only allow you to sign up for that one event and without being able to select multiple tickets (think one person). It should still go through the same process of confirming and sending you to the payment gateway. Have you modified any template files at all? |

Hi..no we have not done any template modifications at all (nothing in code anyhow) only changes would be done via the UI. If you go to our site – http://asiangolfevents.com/eventregistration/ and click on the Oilfield Class registration button and fill in the details you will see what happens. Never prompts you and when you “register” it claims you have paid and the date for payment is in febuary 2011. If you then did same with add to cart it works as expected. |

Hi, Ok it seems that the payment when registering isnt happening because its set to 0.
Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this? If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/contact/ Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form NOTE: login details need to be Admin level. |

Done. |

Hi, OK a couple of your addons were out of date, and one had a bug in it. I have updated the MER and Members add ons. Now that they are up to date the pricing option has reappeared in the registration page and it now successfully shows the payment options. |

Fantastic..thank you for your help… 🙂 Ill check this all now! |
I also logged in to take a look at this and I noticed that you have a Member’s price set to $0.00. When logged in, it is grabbing that price and that is the reason is not sending to the Paypal page. I logged out and it did not happen. Did you mean to set it to have a $0.00 Member price? |
