Please let me know the steps for “refund payment”.
If i canceled my event(purchased using PayPal pro), how can payment refund process work in this case from admin side?

Refunds in Event Espresso 4 are currently a two step process. First, apply the refund through the transactional details screen of Event Espresso in your WP-admin (WP dashboard).
Then login to your PayPal merchant account and process the refund.
It’s similar: Go to event overview, click attendees for the event in question, find the attendee and click them. Then on the right hand side click view/edit payment. From there you can apply a refund. Then go to your PayPal account and apply a refund.
