We’ve noticed that when we create events where payment is required, after the payment has been processed, and a note that says congratulations we have received your payment. Click here to view/download your receipt. when you click that, a blank page shows up, no info or payment receipt details. How do we get this to start working as we have an event that is going live tomorrow morning. so people can be able to view their receipts after making payment?
That will regenerate the Receipt template for you.
