Would it be possible to set up payment processing with surcharges?
For example, if Paypal is picked then adds 4%?

Hi,
Not currently but this is a feature we are looking at implementing. Currently the gateways are being re-written to allow for advanced features such as this. Once this is done, this feature should be included in that re-write (barring any sudden changes).
We have tentatively put the gateway re-write as being part of 4.6, but this is of course subject to change.
Right now it *could* be achieved, but it would require some custom development and code wise might be a little hacky.
We have a list of recommended developers here https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/ though personally I would try and hang fire until the gateway re-write is released.

Thanks for the answer. I am using EE3, as EE4 doesn’t support what I require yet.

Aha, no problem. EE3 doesn’t and most likely won’t support this feature. Again, custom development might be able to make it happen.
