Payment problem

Hi there!

A client of mine seems to be having a problem with payments. They used Eway. The following error has appeared wat the payment part of the registration process:

The Eway logo which follows it and usually links through to an Eway secure payment page no longer works.

Using version 3.1.15.P with the latest version of WP.

Is this an Eway problem? Or can it be fixed by upgrading?

Did the problem start happening after updating to the latest WordPress, if so, updating to the latest version of Event Espresso may help.
