When we transfer a registrant to a new event that has the same pricing as the old event, the registrant is showing up in the new event as “payment pending”.

That issue was fixed in version 1.0.3 of the add-on, your site currently has 1.0.2
If you update to the latest version of the attendee mover add-on and retest, does it work as expected then?
