Payment pending people count towards the number of tickets?

I have limited number of seats and am using the questions to collect groupon numbers, but people still can’t follow directions and type the word VOUCHER in the coupon field when they check out, they end up choosing pay later. This wouldn’t be an issue if you had the bulk code up load working ;)….

I just found out I have 25 valid registration for an up coming class, but because they were “pending payment” they didn’t count towards my tickets.

Can I make pending payment people count towards the number of tickets?

Hi Denise,

Registrations with the Pending Payment status will always not count toward the registration limit. The registrations with Approved status do count toward the limit. If you want to make it so every registration counts toward the limit, you can set the Default Registration Status option for the event to Approved. The admin will still show that they haven’t paid or entered a code, but their spot will be reserved because their registration status will automatically be approved.

Sorry one more question. This only counts then the person goes through all the registration including the pay later invoice option correct. It will not count if they abandon the registration?
