We are having trouble with the payment page. It currently says that an “ID is not supplied”. We have clicked under payment settings to currently use the check/money order and the invoice payments but not yet have a credit card process set up. Regardless, when a person registers it should take them to a payment page and it does not. We need help setting up the payment page. We also we were wondering if we have an account with GoVolution if we can use that to process payments through the registration page and how would we go about including the link.

Hi

The “ID not supplied” should only come up if you access the transactions page directly as it is meant only for the plugins use. If it is coming up elsewhere please advise where an din what situation.

Re payment gateways, GoVolution is not on our list of gateways for the plugin, if you want us to develop for it, we do require sponsorship please see https://eventespresso.com/rich-features/multiple-pricing-options/custom-payment-gateway-development/

Thank you, the ID not supplied is displayed on both the registration page and thenwhen you click submit, wwww.lifeconferencede.org.

We have purchased the pay pal pro for transactions.

Hi Katelyn,

Yes I can see the ID is not supplied is coming up in strange places. The first thing you need to try is to rule out plugin/theme conflicts. I would start with your facebook/social media plugin as it is throwing a javascript error.

If its not a conflict with a plugin/theme then let us knwo and we can investigate this further.

Dean,

I have deleted the social media plugins and tried numerous things to get rid of the ID not supplied but have been unsucessful.

Please help with this issue!

We are also unable to have more than one person register at a time, we set it up so you could toggle and add more attendees all at once but when we click on the link to add more it does not do anything.

In addition, under REGISTER it says ticket price is $20 however it is $45 for most attendees is there a way to change this?

Thank you!

Hi Katelyn, Please note my responses to your questions below:

I have deleted the social media plugins and tried numerous things to get rid of the ID not supplied but have been unsucessful.

The ID not supplied will always be there if you directly navigate to the page with the txn shortcode on it. I couldn’t find it elsewhere. I went through a test registration and continued as far as to the point were you can choose a payment option:

What are the URL’s of the pages where you see this happening?

As an aside, in order to use the PayPal Pro option, you’ll need to install an SSL certificate for this site (it’s a requirement if you plan on collecting credit card info on your site, this will allow you to configure the registration page to securely transmit the info to PayPal’s servers).

We are also unable to have more than one person register at a time, we set it up so you could toggle and add more attendees all at once but when we click on the link to add more it does not do anything.

This is working for me when I try it:

Can you visit this site and let us know the details of the browser you’re using so we can investigate further?

In addition, under REGISTER it says ticket price is $20 however it is $45 for most attendees is there a way to change this?

The “Choose an Option:” selector displays the price options relative to the order that they’re entered in the event editor. So you can re-enter the prices so the $45.00 options is at the top of the list.
