I’ve updated to EE 5.0.20 and it doesn’t show any of the payment gateway add-ons that I’ve purchased under Event Espresso > Settings > Payment Methods. For example, I have no way to configure my PayPal API key, etc.

Further, it will not allow me to activate or configfure any other payment methods. It defaults to activating the first method “Bank” whenever I click on anything.

NOTE: I was able to resolve the issue by deactivating a plugin called “Event Espresso site specific functions” which was used on the old version of Event Espresso. The other payment methods showed up after.

Hi there,
It sounds like a fatal error was being thrown on the payment methods settings page which then prevented the payment methods after bank from loading.
NOTE: I was able to resolve the issue by deactivating a plugin called “Event Espresso site specific functions” which was used on the old version of Event Espresso. The other payment methods showed up after.
Thats a plugin used for holding custom functions, it might have multiple snippets within it to make changes throughout your site.
Can you send me that plugin so I can take a look at the code in use?
