I have two options for payment, Invoice and Credit Card. In a test, I selected Invoice and was “approved” for attendance. How do I go back at a later time and pay with a credit card? Nowhere in the email confirmation I received gave me the option to go back and pay. As long as the current registration page is up, I can go back and change payment options, but I am concerned about clients that want to register but pay at a later time.

Sounds like you need to set the “Default Registration Status” setting (in the event editor) to “Pending Payment”. That way if the registrant doesn’t pay, they will receive an email with a link to make a payment.

That worked, thank you. Also, the INVOICE says “send payment to address listed or use link below” There is no link.

What if a person pays with a credit card at the time of registration…will they still be “pending” or will the payment trigger “approved” status?

‘Pending Payment’ registrations will automatically be updated to ‘Approved’ when a full payment is made using an online payment method. This can be during the initial registration or on a ‘revisit’ if they select Invoice and the chose to pay via and only payment method at a later date using the links from the emails sent during registration.
