Hello, I am just confirming instances in which a payment (that was completed through paypal) does not end up as completed in the ticketing system? This is our first instance that we know of. I am wondering if this happens now and again and ways to “patch up the issue” to keep it from occurring again.
Thank you. Since we have been using this for months with no issue and paid EE to set this up for us in the initial installation I will skip right to “installing the lite template”. So site speeds could be the issue?
Network traffic is always an issue, especially with PayPal these days.
