We’re getting a blank Payment Methods tab on the Payment Methods screen.
This is running WordPress v5.7.2 with no other plugins than the latest Event Espresso core plugin (v4.10.11.p) running.
Have tried deactivating and reactivating, but still the same.
No errors showing up in our PHP error log or browser (JS) console.
Any suggestions for how we can get unstuck here? Have tried on production, staging and local environments.
(This is a new site with no payment methods setup yet, though of course we can’t add any payment methods at the moment anyway, though the plan is to use the EE – Authorize.net Accept Gateway plugin once we’ve got this working).
If you go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> Reset/Delete Data.
Click the ‘Reset Event Espresso Capabilities’ button.
EE should then work through and apply any missing capabilities (if there are any) onto the Admin account.
Do the payment methods then show?

That block replaces the single line which is something like this:
We’ll need the full stack trace for that error as it doesn’t really give enough info to narrow it down much.
Do you have access to the server error logs? Not the debug.log file created within WordPress but the PHP error_log file?
That notice wouldn’t cause the error in question.
I asked one of our developers for some feedback on this and they basically asked for the same details I did above, however, they did mention that WordPress.com list EE as an incompatible plugin on their hosting platform.
I’m not sure if the same applies to VIP Go but I’ve not seen the error you’re getting currently and without details on the location throwing the error (line number, function calling it etc) this is really difficult to troubleshoot.
