We have noticed that despite using Paypal Express, when users receive emails, it always shows “Payment Method: Invoice” in the email they receive.
This is the message template:
Payment Status: [PAYMENT_STATUS]
Transaction ID: [TXN_ID]
Total Cost: [TOTAL_COST]
Payment Amount: [AMOUNT_PAID]
Payment Method: [PAYMENT_GATEWAY]
I am having exactly the same issue!
Any help would be appreciated.
I have activated and deactivated the invoice payment type and most others, to see if it would reset it, but nothing I have done so far has made any difference.
Event Espresso 4.9.35.p was released today and it includes a fix for the issue reported in this topic.
