You can add custom questions to the event, so you could change the first name and last name questions from the default ‘Personal information’ question group to request the Child first and Last name.
Then use custom questions for the Parents first/last name and use the default email field for the parent.
The ticket will then show up in the child’s name, as will the whole registration but you can change the details used within the emails to use the parents details
