Hello

we are having an issue with payment processing and some payments are going through and others are not.

Hi there,

Which payment method are you using?

What is happening on the payments that don’t go through?

Is there an error message shown on the page?

We started experiencing payment problems. registrations we prevented from continuing after payment screen and saying there was an error to please try again. We are using Payeezy. We placed in Debug mode and error persisted. We have now downloaded the Stripe gateway and are having the same issue.

Is there an error shown when you attempt payment?

Can you link me an event I can run a test registration on? (you can mark your reply private so only EE staff can view it)
