Hello,

I have a technical issue on my test site using Event Espresso.
I created a test event, set up a form, and added basic payment methods (check, bank transfer).
The problem is that when I fill out the form and click the ‘Payment Options’ button, nothing happens.
The console indicates an error: ‘An error has occurred:
Your form data cannot be applied to all valid records.
This can sometimes happen if too much time has been taken to complete the registration process.
Please return to the Event List and reselect your tickets. If the problem continues, please contact the site administrator.’

I should note that it’s a new WordPress installation with the unmodified 2024 theme.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
Philippe

Hi Philippe,

Can you please share a direct link to the event where you are getting issues?

Also, please let us know if you have any cache installed on your website.

Hi Sam,

Thanks for your help.

All events on the site have this problem.
Here’s the URL of an example: https://www.cir-couvrelles.fr/new/%C3%A9v%C3%A9nements/retraite-etudiant-exemple/

There is no cache.

Best regards,
Philippe

Hi Philippe,

I have checked the event and can register without any issues.

Can you please clear the browser cache as well as the site cache(if any) and check that again to see if you are still facing issues?

Hi Sam,

Indeed, I tested it with another browser, and it works correctly. What’s curious is that I encountered the same issue with two different computers using Chrome.

Thanks for your help.

Philippe

Hi Philippe,

Can you please go to Dashboard > EE > Registration form > Reg form settings > Session Settings and let me know what time is set there?

As I’ve tested in multiple browsers and cannot see the issue.

Hello Sam,

I’m reopening the ticket because I’m facing the event registration issue again.

URL: https://www.cir-couvrelles.fr/new/%C3%A9v%C3%A9nements/retraite-du-7-au-10-mars-2024-homme-careme/

I just tested it on another PC with a different browser and also with my mobile phone (first visit to the site, so no cache).

To answer your last question (sorry, I didn’t see it), I can’t find a tab that corresponds to what you’re asking. For your information, this is a development site. Therefore, I can’t provide the license key and update.
What I can tell you is that the site is in French, and I have modified the date format in order to match. In WordPress general settings.

If you wish, I can create an admin account for you to access all the information.

Thank you,

Philippe

Hi Philippe,

I’ve checked again and still can’t see any errors while checkout.

Can you please record a video of the issue and share it here so that we can check?

Regarding the setting I’ve mentioned in my previous reply, please follow the screenshot to find the option:
