Payment Gateway Issue

Nearly a year ago we switched over our payment method in Event Expresso from Bambora to Infusionsoft, and when I go into the payment methods setting this is what I see. However, as we promote another upcoming event, we’ve noticed that the payments being deposited into our bank account for this event are coming via Bambora, not Infusionsoft. Any ideas on the culprit and where to find it?

Hi,

May I ask which type of merchant account is set up within Infusionsoft? For example, Infusionsoft can use Authorize.net merchant accounts.

Also, can you share a link to the event page so we can investigate further?

Hi Josh,

when I look at the payment methods section of Even Expresso, I do see an option for authorize,net. However, it is not setup and the Infusionsoft appears as a separate option, and is setup and activated.

There are actually two events we are promoting where we noticed this issue with the payments for them. The links to each are below.

I was actually asking about how the payment method within Infusionsoft was set up.

At one time, you could set up a Bambora merchant account within your Infusionsoft account. So what would happen is if you use Infusionsoft for payments in Event Espresso, and your Infusionsoft account is set up to use a Bambora merchant account, then the payments would come from your Bambora merchant account.

So you could verify this by logging into your Infusionsoft account and reviewing the merchant account set up there.
