Payment Fields Disappearing in Internet Explorer 11

My client is reporting that the payment fields are disappearing when the pay by credit card option is selected when using Internet Explorer. I am unable to replicate this issue to test it, but that is exactly what is described in the post below, but there was no resolution posted.

Any idea how to fix this?

Hi Josh.

The fact that the description is exactly what my client is describing, leads me to believe the issue is actually happening. However, I am not able to replicate it which is why I am asking how this similar support issue was resolved.

There’s no doubt it’s happening, but to fix the issue, we need to know *how* to replicate.

Here are a few steps to try to level the field and narrow down what’s causing the issue:

1) Ask the client to clear their browser’s cache, just in cache they’ve got an older CSS file cached in the browser that’s contributing to the hidden inputs.

2) Get the client’s specific browser details. Then can visit this page and email the detailed report to you:
http://supportdetails.com
If possible, try viewing the same webpage with the same browser/OS to see if you can replicate the issue.
3) If the above doesn’t help, you can ask them to click on Customize while viewing the page with the payment fields (while logged in as admin) and they can preview another theme. If the fields appear while previewing another theme, we at least know the issue is caused by the WordPress theme.
