Payment failure Infusionsoft

Hi there,

When I try to process a payment through EE I get an error 300 saying Authentication failure. When I log into IS I can see the order has been created and also the authentication failure. When i pay directly within IS it works fine but not from EE.

Hi,

You’ll need to make sure each step of this guide is followed before trying to process a payment:

Also, the Merchant ID entered in EE’s payment settings must be an exact match with your IS account’s merchant ID.

Hi Josh, I did follow all the steps which has led me to this problem. I noticed on the document you send it mentioned about hosted gateways only being available for EE3. We don’t use Infusionsoft as our Merchant account since it’s currently not available in our country, therefore we use another gateway that then links up to Infusionsoft. Does that mean I won’t be able to use EE4 to accept payments this way?

When you followed step 6 under the heading Accept payments through Infusionsoft, did you contact Infusionsoft or did you follow Infusionsoft’s instructions for how to locate the Merchant ID?

I followed the instructions and then cross checked it with Infusionsoft.

Could this problem be connected to hosted gateways issue?
