I’ve recently been getting the Error “an invalid response was returned from the server while attempting to process your request…” This happen only sometimes and seems to only happen on mobile that I know of. It doesn’t happen to everyone as some tickets have came through. This happens on the event registration page when you click the “Proceed to payment options” button. I’ve noticed ticket sales have really been slacking lately and I think this is a cause of that. Please help ASAP!
Nice find with Meta pixel plug-in, we’ve had a couple of reports of this and it looks like something they have done within a recent update.
With regards to the error log you posted, the espresso-json-api is an EE3 plugin, as you are using EE4+ you can remove that plugin.
