Payment Doesn't work, saying need to refresh

Hello I have Event Expresso 4, I have received several messages from clients saying…”I entered the credit card payment information, a red box popped up notifying me that it did not go through and I needed to refresh the page.” The website is https://www.naacpcolliercounty.com could you please help, the client is calling me none stop

Hi there Artiium, could you share some additional information so we can continue troubleshooting?

Is this an existing merchant account that has processed payments successfully or is this a recently opened / new merchant account?

If this is an existing account, were you able to process payment successfully prior to today?

We are trying to determine if a recent change to the site is causing this issue.
