I have an attendee who called stating that her payment was declined while registering on line. I checked the record in Auth.net and it shows successful (and now settled), and there was only the one record for her. The record in EE shows payment declined but no transaction ID. HELP?! Why would this status be wrong? Do I have to search every declined attendee to verify that they were in fact declined?
Funny, when I contacted Auth.net (first) they said it wasn’t their issue or problem and that it must be Event Espresso. Ugh! Thank you.
