I’ve searched on the forums for a solution and I can’t seem to find one or a ’cause for this to occur. Basically, the moment someone is on the payment page, EE adds them as an attendee and marks the payment method as “complete” which is obviously wrong. I have deactivated all plugins except the EE ones that I’m using; Members Addon,Recurring Events and Multi Events. I’m using the latest version of each and both the default payment statuses are set to “Incomplete” ( the general setting and the event setting). |

Hi, I assume this is being done on a test server? As you have WP User Integration (Members) active, have you checked whether this issue occurs when logged out from the website? It might be that the member price is 0? |

Hi Dean. The problem exists on both the live site and the dev server. It’s not an option to logout as you need to be logged in to book an event. Also there are prices set so it’s not 0. I think it seems to happen when there aren’t any items in the cart and then you proceed to the payment page. It seems to be that if there’s a previous event in the cart or I remove and event from the cart and then proceed to the payment page it behaves ok but im not 100% on that. |

Thanks for clarifying that. Can you confirm a couple of things: 1) EE version and Multiple Event Registration version Also, can you provide a link to the live site? |
|
1) EE – Version 3.1.36.6.P The live site can be found on http://www.homehouse.co.uk |

Hi, OK, thanks for the link. Can you temporarily revert to the default templates files by renaming the wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates folder. This will stop the modifications made and use the default templates. If the cart system then works correctly, we can narrow it down to the modified template files. I’m asking you to do this as some of the files modified do control the cart/payment in some ways and a change may have inadvertently caused an issue. |

OK Dean I followed your instructions(which is something I should have done initially tbh) and I think the issue is with the core EE plugin. I’ll check my modifications and see if that’s the cause of the issue and report back to you. Thank you for your help. |
