Our current system allows people to register and pay with a credit card, or more of our corporate clients want to register and bring a check to class. Is that possible? Currently if they pay by check, they put in a card number to reserve their seat, and they pay later. Is that an option?

Hello, both payment options are available in Event Espresso. The check payment option is part of the core plugin and the credit card option can be handled via one of the onsite payment processors such as Authorizenet, Stripe, or PayPalPro.
Event Espresso cannot hold card numbers so that option would not be available.
