I managed to setup PayPal API Username, Signature and Password. I created a test ticket for $1 and when testing the process I receive the following error message:
The transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions.
Before you can use PayPal Pro you’ll need to contact PayPal and let them know you need your PayPal account upgraded to be able to use PayPal Pro. They’ll require you to agree to a billing agreement among other things.
