Paying for Event Espresso – Will not process

Hi I have tried using the credit card payment option as well as paypal and the system will not process my payment. The button says processing and then it just stops. I was hoping to update my website this weekend with new features 🙁 Let me know how I can upgrade to business license as soon as possible…

Hello Deborah,

We did have an issue with this recently but it should have been fixed. If you can, please email sales@eventespresso.com and they can resolve the payments separately.

In order to help us pinpoint the issue, can you advise what browser you were using at the time of purchase?

Hi Deborah,

It sounds like you were using Internet Explorer. Can you try FireFox or Chrome?
