I’m setting up a payment option in Espresso using Payfast Payment Gateway, I get the error indicated below:
Error
The supplied variables are not according to specification:
item_name : item_name is required
Kindly advise on how to sort this out.

Hi Josh,
We don’t support the Payfast gateway so I am not sure how best to answer your question.
Payfast themselves created software to work with Event Espresso though it is not something we had a hand in, but I think that this is what you are referring to.
What they made only seems to have been tested on versions 3.1.23 and 3.1.24 so it is somewhat out of date now and may not function correctly with newer versions of Event Espresso.
