Having another issue with the system…
Have just set up an event 30th Birthday.
When I register for the event and download an invoice for payment, if I click on Pay Online at the bottom of the invoice I am sent to the THANKYOU page, however there are no payment options.
I have figured out that if I log into our website and change the attendee’s Payment status to ‘incomplete’ the problem is rectified.
However, I don’t remember this needing to be done in the past. Has something changed?
To be honest this is very frustrating, we aren’t using this every day and yet this is the 3rd significant issue we have had with the system and we are seriously considering changing to another provider.
Please go to the Event Espresso General Settings. In the Optional Events Settings section, please check to see if “Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?” is set to yes. If it is not please set it to yes and save the options.
This will show payment options on the payment overview page.
If it is already set at yes, please advise.
