Is there any way to pass the Event Check In Information through to Active Campaign, WP Fusion, Mailchimp, or other CRM since we would like to trigger different CRM actions based on whether the attendee was able to attend the event or not ?
With our MailChimp integration, we only call MailChimp to subscribe the user when they register onto the event at which point the check-in status will always be the same (not checked-in). It would be possible to send the details to MailChimp when the user check-in status changed, but you would basically need to build that update from the ground up as there is nothing you can hook into currently.
With regards to Active Campaign we don’t have an integration with them currently, I assume you are using WP Fusion to do so? You would need to contact WP Fusion to see if they can include the the check-in status with the details sent.
