Is it possible to receive payments on different Paypal accounts for each event? Will this feature ever be added?

Is it possible to exclude Incomplete payment users from the event export csv?

Hi,

PayPal – there is a way to do this, by using the custom fields in the event. Add a custom meta key called paypal_email with the value being the email.

With that in place the event will use the email for the PayPal payment.

CSV: Not currently, you would need to filter the spreadsheet.

Ok. Is there a way to add an optional payment, like a one time membership fee, in addition to the event price.

Adding membership fees is better handled using a dedicated membership plugin, such as s2Member. We have a pre-release/beta add-on called “Espresso Price Modifier”. It allows you to add custom questions that can increase the total price of the registration.

Hope that helps.

Thanks Seth, the Espresso Price Modifier is what I need. Do you know when this will be released?

Hi there,

We don’t have an ETA for a “stable” release, but you can get access to it within the pre-release channel. You can opt into the pre-release channel from your account. Note that this add-on does not currently work with the Multiple Event Registration add-on.

See here for documentation on the Price Modifier: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-price-modifier/
