Paid ticket sales are reporting as incomplete on EE3

Some but not all paid tickets are reporting as incomplete on EE3. We are using the Authorize.net SIM interface to take credit card payments. Some sales are showing as incomplete with a balance due when Authorize.net shows the settled payment for the same sale. I am noticing this problem within the last couple of days. Is there a fix?

Hi Rich,

The recommended solution for this is to migrate to EE4 and use the new Authorize.net Accept gateway. Authorize.net is beginning to deprecate SIM, and they recommend using Accept in its place.
