I purchased EE3, received the confirmation email.. also received an email with the login/password to my dashboard. My dashboard does not show the plugins I paid for, and I can’t see answers in support (even though I purchased support).
I’ve emailed several times and reached out on Twitter but haven’t received any response.

Firstly, my apologies for any slow response. Support is generally on a skeleton staff over the weekend.
I have not seen any emails come through from you (you may have sent them to sales though, which I cannot access).
Can you please forward a copy of your purchase email to support@eventespresso.com. If it is possible I will get your account resolved, otherwise I will refer it onto the sales department to look into first thing.
