Can you let us know which payment method is activated on your site? (eg, Authorize.net, PayPal, Mijireh, Stripe, or something else?) Also, is there a caching plugin activated? This information will help us to investigate.
We’re these always paid $0.00? What I’m wondering is if this was a recent change. If it’s possible, can you send FTP credentials via our secure form so we can investigate further?
