We have to deactivate all Event Espresso plugins, edit the page and then reactivate Event Espresso (9 out of 10 times the page is staying editable after Event Espresso is reactivated).

Any ideas?

Hi there,

What is happening why you try to edit the pages?

(9 out of 10 times the page is staying editable after Event Espresso is reactivated).

This I’m not sure I understand.

So you de-activate EE, and the page becomes editable? Then if you re-activate EE you can still edit the page, but then sometimes now?

Are you getting a whitescreen or some form of error messages when doing this?

with the plugins active, when we click Edit Page the WP editor doesn’t load, we get a blank white page

if we get a blank page, we deactivate all EE plugins. We then can edit the page (the editor loads) and update it. Then we re-activate the EE plugins.

Most of the time, if we go back to edit this page it then loads.

It sounds like you might be running out of memory on the server and that’s why its intermittent.

A white screen usually means a fatal error is being thrown which would show up in the error logs. Your host will usually have a section within your control panel to view errors, if you check there do you see any errors?
