Hi. And in this other production site he shows me this (example 2) The message I need to appear is the one on the test site, example 1, but by removing the “See details of the registration voucher” button I have reviewed the plugin configuration and I do not see any difference between the test site and the production site and they are identical. Thank you. |
Hi there,
On your test site, did you complete a registration to get to that step?
It looks like you a visiting the ‘Thank you’ page directly, which is why you get the above error. Have you ran through a registration and finalized to rewach the thank you page on the live site? —- With regards to the ‘Registration voucher’, thats the ‘Order confirmation’ by default, which is the ‘Receipt’ template. Are you not using the Receipts feature on that site? If not, you can deactivate the Receipt message type to remove the button and EE will automatically update the text. Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings -> HTML Move the ‘Receipt’ box from the active section, to the inactive section on the right. |

|
This is how I have it and the image of example two continues to appear. Can you tell me where in which section I configured to use or not the receipt |
Drag the Receipt box out of the active section (which it is in now) to the Inactive section on the right. Right now, both Invoice and Receipt are in the active section. |
|
|
Continue without appearing the button of the receipt and the message of congratulations when I finish the registration |
Hi, May I ask can you clarify something? Is that last screenshot from directly navigating to the Thank You page, or did you start a new registration and ended there? |
|
|
I started a new record and took me to the acknowledgments page. |

Is your test site on the same server as the live site? Generally when we see the above its either caching (which is usually not enabled on the test/staging site) or something on the server is configured to ignore the values passed via the query string. |

My development site is on a different server than the production one. |
What above caching on the server? Which PHP version is active on the server? If it’s working on your staging site and then not on your live site, what is the difference between those 2 sites? Is it just the server used or do that have different plugins enabled? I’m assuming staging is a copy of live meaning the difference is the server. |
