Hello my customer find the paiement process to long do you know if there is a way to shortern it?

Hi there,

Can you explain a bit more about what part you want shortened? If I were to guess maybe it’s the number of fields that the payer needs to fill out, or is it something else? It will also help to know which payment method(s) are activated on your site.

Also, if there’s a specific step in the payment process that you think can be eliminated or combined with another step, we’re interested in hearing your ideas.

Hello,

Not the number of fields, I was referring to the number of steps before paying. Some customer are complaining. Do you know if there is a way to make it easier?

I’m curious to know, which step do you think should be eliminated? The one where they input the Attendee information? I don’t think that can be removed, but if you have a lot of questions on the registration form, maybe you can consider removing some of the non-essential fields?

I am talking about the event card, can’t we just go straight to the he payment, or the registration checkout right after?

May I ask what is an event card? Maybe you have the Multi Event Registration add-on activated? If that’s the case you can deactivate the Multi Event Registration plugin and that will reduce the number of clicks for the registration process. The downside is they’ll have to check out for each event they register for separately.

Okk thank you I fixed it :-)! It was the Multi Event Registration add-on indeed!
