when I´m in the overview of all registered people I can tick the box left to their name. After that I can choose different actions (like confirming their payments etc.) from a drop down menue in the top left corner.
How do I change/create
1. The options in that drop down
2. The action that happens when choosing an option, e.g. sending a standard message (like a payment reminder)
Many thanks and best regards,
Uli
I’d like to clarify your question. Are you asking how to register new options or build new functionality?
The options in the dropdown menu are part of the default Event Espresso functionality. Currently, there is no built-in user interface to directly add or modify these options. However, if you are comfortable with custom development, you may be able achieve this by leveraging WordPress filters and actions provided by Event Espresso.
OK, I understand now that I can not change any of the options in the dropdown menu.
I am not comfortable with custom development.
My goal is to send a payment reminder to a customer.
In the section “messages” i do have a standard template named “Payment reminder”. I just do not know how to make it happen, that an option of the dropdown menu will trigger this specific template.
I was looking for the “bulk”-solution.
But thank you for showing me the possible solutions, I can work with that.
Thank you very much and best regards.
