Overpaid Status Appearing

Hi there, we’re using EE4 and have the following issue but can’t pinpoint it to anything in particular.

We seem to be getting a few ‘overpaid’ statuses for payments. It’s not specific to any event nor Stripe and Paypal. Can you provide any hints on troubleshooting?

Hello, overpaid is triggered when the payment amount is more than the actual amount that is due.

Could you let us know if you are using the latest software?

Also, are there any similarities? For example, do all of those transactions have a specific promotion in use?
