There appears to have been an overpayment on one of our sites using Event Espresso and I was hoping you’d be able to give me an idea why. This isn’t the only instance, this has occurred with another transaction as well. |

Assuming that means there were 4 separate payments, that could have happened because either the back button was clicked, then the payment form was submitted again, then repeated. You can follow these steps to help prevent this from happening in the future: 1) Go to your site’s WP Dashboard to Event Espresso > Payment Settings > Mijireh Settings Then, your checkout page will include the specific instructions to avoid multiple charges: |
