Hi there. Our attendee information is a nightmare to sort through. The attendee’s first name doesn’t even appear until row X and the last name is rows away from that. Even though we’ve filtered by month we get every attendee for every event we’ve ever had. How on earth can we help ourselves not go crazy? Thank you! How can I attach a screenshot so this makes sense? Please advise.

You need to use a photo sharing site like flickr and upload your screenshot to them for hosting. Then post in a link to it. Some screenshot software will manage that for you. Services like flickr are much better equipped to handle your images than we are.

Hi,

If you prefer you can email your screenshots.

Just send them to support[at]eventespresso.com with a reference to this thread and we’ll take a look.

Is this using EE4?

Thanks. I’ll email them in two minutes. Nope. It’s EE3. We still rely on coupon codes.

Hi,

Did you rename and re-used any of the system questions?

To Export attendees for specific events you’ll need to go to the Attendee list for that event.

So Event Espresso -> Event Overview -> However over the event you wish to export the attendees for and click the ‘Attendees’ link.

You can then export a list of all the attendees within that event.

Right now we have 98 active events. We would have to look at the attendees for every event everyday and handwrite a list of attendees. Is there any better way? Granted, this is probably faster and less complicated than what we’re doing now, but I’m just wondering if this is our best option.

Thanks!
K

Hello,

The solution that Tony shared is the current method for exporting attendees for a specific event:
