We have held a large conference using Event Espresso 4 and we would like to use it for our next conference. However, we have found there are constraints which meant we had to manually rebook a lot of tickets.
The constraints we had were:
1. No logic set. i.e. we couldn’t set an automatic ‘if you booked this class the repeat couldn’t be option’. We had repeat classes but people booked into both as the logic was missing.
2. They could book into two classes running at the same time. again no logic.
Who do we speak to in getting an add-on written before our next conference which could correct this? We had 30+ classes to choose from so it was difficult for our customers.
Another option we would like is the classes separated by days. i.e. Wednesday selections… NEST Page, thursday selections… NEXT page etc then payment taken.
