ou have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Members

I have checked my site key against the info in my members area here and the domain and key match … I am still getting this error.

All the topics I’ve read in this forum only mention development or testing servers and resetting the key.

Please advise how to correct …

I believe I have the same issue. It seems that there may be some incorrect information on EE’s end from having a development URL on file.

This is the error message I receive, but the domain matches and the site key matches.

There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.29.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

I had my key reset and that fixed the problem. Thanks.

I’m receiving the same issue. How do I go about resetting my license key? Thanks.

One additional thing, I already had EE reset the license to the production domain, but still have this problem.

Hi all,

We had some issues with the licencing system which has resulted in a lot of this warnings appearing. We believe we have resolved it, please see this post here.

You can request a licence reset by visiting your EE profile page, but make sure you decline payment.
