Hi,

I saw a thread where someone asked about adding “Other” as a dropdown where someone can specify, but the code snippet provided was for EE3.

Do you have a similar one for EE4?

I have two scenarios I would be using this:

1. How did you hear about us?
– online search
– a friend
– Ad in ABC publication
– Other (please specify)

2. Food Allergies
– Yes (please specify)
– No
