Order Confirmation PDF Download doesn't have logos or styling

My Order Confirmations look great on screen, but when I download them, the PDF says “Image Not Found” and has a link. When I put that link in the browser, I get the image. It also has no styling and all comes in with all-black Times New Roman instead.

Hi Matt,

The DOMPDF script is what is used to generate those, can you contact your web host and ask them if the web server supports everything on this list of requirements?

DOM extension (required, enabled by default)
GD extension
MBString extension. MBString is required for Unicode support.
allow_url_fopen set to true; this is sometimes disabled by hosting providers.
